At SMS Merchandise, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@smsmerchandise.ca with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@smsmerchandise.ca.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging.
- Digital products or downloadable items.
